Our customers can benefit from a completely integrated service which is geared to the changing needs of business. NetServices aim is bringing a business alltogether whether a multi-site operation, a business embracing home or teleworking, or an organisation looking for unified communications.
NetServices is wholly focused on leveraging our networking skills base in the provision of fully managed services. To successfully achieve this we have developed a comprehensive portfolio of products, encompassing networking, voice, hosting and software services.
In March 2009 we became a member of the Cisco MSCP and Cisco Powered programs, with accreditations in Managed Connectivity and Managed Security.
NetServices have a dual go to market strategy, dealing both with direct customers and providing solutions via the channel. NetServices is developing strategic relationships with a range of partners who provide managed services to their customers. Our specialist knowledge in designing, implementing and managing networks, along with our Cisco MSCP accreditations are what differentiate us from other network integrators. Reseller partners vary from those providing LAN management who want to extend their services into the wide area networks and managed services, to Voice, Video and Systems Integrators adding networking to their portfolio. Using the NetServices range of products these organisations can effectively broaden the portfolio of services they offer providing them with deeper customer relationships, additional revenue streams and access to ‘enterprise class’ service and support .
NetServices continues to work with our installed customer base to develop and extend the relationships with them to encompass our complete range of managed services. Customers inherited via the Telefonica acquisition in 2005 continue to work with NetServices - a testament to our dedication in providing service excellence. By continuing to offer solutions based on innovative use of existing and emerging technologies NetServices continues to generate revenues from it customer base.
Our comprehensive product portfolio combined with our network infrastructure ensures we are ideally positioned to take advantage of the converging marketplace. This allows us to sell higher value managed services and guarantee service delivery. This strategy remains key to our future growth.
