White Label Managed NOC Servicesalt

In October 2009 NetServices became the first Cisco partner to achieve the status of ‘Cisco Authorised Managed Service White Label Producer’. In addition, being awarded the status of Master Managed Services Partner (September 2009) provides assurance that the managed services we provide will be guaranteed to the highest standard.

Our white label offering is a service which provides managed NOC services for organisations who do not wish to invest in their own infrastructure. Our NOC service starts at a standard package with a number of optional additions available should they be required. This makes the service bespoke and flexible to individual business needs.

Cisco MSCP

The Cisco white label offering is available to other Cisco partners within MSCP or partners wishing to gain entry to MSCP. This can aid partners in a move towards providing managed services. Cisco is investing heavily in Managed Services and the Managed Services Channel Program (MSCP). The re-launch of the program on 1st September 2009 introduced new entry criteria. Cisco were clear that the aim of the re-launch was the make the program more accessible for potential partners and particularly existing Cisco Powered partners who wish to join MSCP.

One aspect of the new criteria was the introduction of the use of ‘white label’ partners to meet the NOC requirements. Having to invest in a NOC was seen as a stumbling block to the majority and being able to white label this from an approved Cisco MSCP White Label producer overcomes this.
