L2TP Handover Service

The L2TP Handover Service connects end-user customers to a resellers own network through the NetServices core network. Reseller partners have access to all the support tools provided by NetServices, however they also have control over the end-user customers and how the DSL tails themselves are utilised.

Resellers utilising this service need to have their own network as well as in-house technical skills to be able to manage this service as NetServices only manage their own network elements. The Handover can also be used by service providers who have their own BT central infrastructures that are close to full capacity. Alternatively they may also choose to migrate to NetServices by ceasing their BT services, as this allows access to additional capacity without having to commit to the fixed level increases available from BT.

Managed Expansion
Bandwidth can be purchased in manageable incremental portions which can suit low as well as high volume numbers. It also allows the reseller customer to gradually increase bandwidth as demand increases.

End User Connectivity
Both contended and non-contended ADSL and SDSL broadband internet connectivity can be provisioned by the end-user customers.

Bonded and uncontended ADSL Max circuits are also available, these utilise both DataStream and ADSL Max technologies, to deliver higher speed access circuits with significantly increased upstream speed. Capped services can be provisioned, and monitored by the CCP, to end user customers.

System integrators must be able to provide converged MPLS networks that can deliver Hosted IPT solutions and must be able to use QoS over IpStream and QoS over DataStream that are both forms of QoS over DSL which are better known as QoS over broadband. MPLS broadband services are critical in delivering SIP trunk networks that are service provided by IP Carriers or SIP Carriers. For long term installs you require QoS DataStream and for short term installs you require QoS IpStream. Converged broadband consists of QoS DSL and QoS ADSL to enable the economical delivery of Converged video networks. The capability of being able to provide MPLS VPN, Converged MPLS VPN and managed mpls VPN services ensures NetServices will remain a key systems integrator.
